Egg bhurji is one of the easiest recipe which can be done in 10 minutes. If you have eggs in house you can make it easily.
This recipe will be perfect side dish for all kinds of foods such as for dosa, idily, chapathi, rice, appam, etc.....
It will be having nice flavor which kids will love to eat and ask you to make again and again. Now let us see how to make egg bhurji..
INGREDIENTS :
Egg - 4 nos
Oil - 3 ltrs 2 table spoon
Onions - 2 to 3 big size
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Tomato - 1 small size
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Chilli powder - 1 table spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 tea spoon
Corriender leaves
Salt to taste
Preparation Steps :
1. Take a pan add oil.
2. Once the oil gets heat add (mustard seeds its optional) onions, green chilli, curry leaves.
3. Saute till the onion turns light brown color.
4. Add ginger garlic paste saute till the raw smell goes.
5. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt cook well.
6. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder mix it well.
7. Now add the egg mix well in the low flame. If you keep the flame high the masala will not mix well with the eggs.
8. Once it becomes dry and scrambled finally add corriender leaves.
* Masalas quantity can be added according to your flavor.
* In this recipe we have added both green chilli and red chilli powder, adjust according to your spiceness.
