Crispy cauliflower 65:
In this video you can learn how to make crispy cauliflower fry in healthy way by using ragi flour.While selecting the cauliflower it should be white in color then only it will be good for cooking. If it is in yellow or light greenish color, it will not be suitable.
It is one of the kids favorite recipes not only kids even elder ones also love to eat cauliflower 65. By adding ragi flour we can make this recipe as more healthy.
INGREDIENTS :
Cauliflower
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ragi flour - approximately 1/4 cup
Chilly chicken ready mix powder - 3 to 4 table spoon
Curry leaves
If you don't have chilli chicken ready mix powder then add this :
Red Chilli powder - 1 to 2 table spoon
Rice flour - 3 table spoon
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tea spoon
Red food color a pinch
STEPS :
1. Clean the cauliflower and cut it as a small slots.
2. Keep the hot water, add the cauliflower slots in that and leave it for 2 mints.
3. After 2 minutes drain the water and keep aside.
4. Now add ginger garlic paste, Ragi flour, curry leaves, ready mix chicken 65 powder and mix well.
5. No need to add water, the water in the cauliflower itself is enough.
6. After mixing everything keep it aside for 10 to 20 minutes.
7. After 20 minutes deep fry in the oil.
