Quick one pot recipe - Kurma 



This recipe is suitable for all kinds of dishes like idily, dosa, rice, appam, idiappam etc... We can make this recipe very quick and in simple method. Kids will love to eat due to the masala flavor.

Those who are going for work and preparing lunch and breakfast in hurry bury with tension 😠😠 can do this dish very fast 💁💁.

INGREDIENTS :

Oil - 2 table spoon
Mustard seeds - 1 tea spoon
Channa dal - 1/2 tea spoon
Urad dal - 1/2 tea spoon
Onions - 6 to 7 slots
Green chilli - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Tomato - 2
Potatoes - 3 to 4
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Chilli powder - 1 table spoon
Corriender powder - 3 table spoon
Salt to taste
Curry leaves
Corriender leaves

TO GRIND :

Coconut
Fried gram
Cinnamon
Cloves
Poppy seeds
Fennel seeds

STEPS :

* Keep the cooker on the gas top.
* Add oil, after it gets heat add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal.
* Add onions, green chili, curry leaves saute for some time
* Now add ginger garlic paste cook until the raw smell goes.
* Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt and cook until the tomatoes cook well.
* Add chilli powder, corriender powder, potatoes and add little water
* Add the grinded paste and add water to the required consistency
* Pressure it for one whistle
* Finally add corriender leaves.

The tasty potato Kurma was ready.... 😍😍😍
