HANDMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM



Homemade and handmade vanilla icecream . Without machine and blender we can make the ice cream. It will take some time and effort but end result will be super good.

INGREDIENTS:
Fresh cream - 250ml or 1 1/4 cup
Milk - 250ml or 1 cup
Milk powder - 27g or 1/4 cup
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 55g or 1/4 cup(make it as powder)
Vanilla essence - 1 1/2 teaspoon

PROCEDURE:

1. Take a pan add one cup of milk and 1/4 cup of milk powder. Mix well and bring to one boil.


2. Completely cool the mixture and keep it aside.

3. Now take a large bowl add fresh cream and mix well with whisk. If you don't have whisk you can do with fork spoon.

4. But it will take some time.

5. Whisk for two mins and add the sugar .

6. Whisk thoroughly until it becomes fluffy and until you get stiff peaks.

7. After that in that milk mixture add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and vanilla essence, mix well.


8. Now pour in the cream and mix well.

9. Cover the bowl and keep it in freezer for over night and serve.


10. Now the yummy ice cream was ready to eat.... 

Note:

After 3 to 4 hours take out from the freezer and mix well, then keep it in the freezer again.
