VEGETABLE PULAO
Vegetable Pulao recipe can be easily made in cooker with the perfect texture. It is a best recipe for lunch box, kids will enjoy and the lunch box will come empty in the evening.
PROCEDURE:
1. Take a cooker add two table spoon of ghee and one table spoon of oil.2. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and biriyani leaves.
3. Add half spoon of jeera. Once it splatters add onions and green chilli saute till it becomes golden brown color.
4. Then add ginger garlic paste saute for some time.
5. Now add your wished vegetables and soaked basmati rice.
6. Add water,for pulao reduce half cup in total amount of water.
7. Finally if you want u can add corriender leaves.
8. Close the lid and pressure for 3 whistle and in low flame 2 to 3 whistle.
Note:
**Once the pressure completely comes down leave for 5 to 10 minutes then you can serve.🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁
